Don't Worry About the Numbers, Said No One Ever

While it's hard to do, we found once we obsessed less about numbers and more about connections, we fed the beast–but with love.

In the social media world, it’s easy to get wrapped up in the hype of followers and views, but that isn’t what it should be about. We focus more on who is watching our content over how many people are watching it. We think the most important part of being a content creator is making content that you love and would want to watch.

We’re so lucky to have the ability to meet and connect with so many people around the world, both online and offline, who are interested in the same stuff we are. Like-minded people are a big part of the community that helped build our platforms. Without their support, we wouldn’t be here. When we’re creating new content, we like to focus first of all on spreading positivity.

No matter what form of content we’re creating, our main goal is to bring joy to our viewers by sharing fun ideas. Whether it's new beauty routines or cool clothing styles, we’re genuinely interested in the things we share, and we really love making content about it.

The beauty of the internet is there’s content for everyone. We love social media because it allows us to interact with so many people and form real connections with them.

The “numbers game” on social media can make you feel like you need to chase viral videos and focus only on growth, but that’s not the always the best recipe for long-term success. So, if we could give one piece of advice for growing your audience, it would be to focus on creating a real community. Connect with them by DMs, commenting and sharing their content too!

Our community loves the same things we do, and we want to use our common passions to have real conversations. We can't wait to share some of our ideas on creating and social media.
